Canvas is signed and numbered in the lower left corner and backside is also signed with a large unique drawing signed; Thomas Kinkade 2000. Dimensions: Canvas: 18" H x 27" W; Frame: 24" x 33". Condition Report: Excellent with no signs of fading or wear. A beautiful depiction of a serene rural setting as only this artist had the capability of doing.
