We are pleased to offer these stunningly gorgeous Japanese satsuma lobed bowl and plate from the Taisho period (approx. 1912-1926). These earthenware pottery pieces are delicately hand-painted beautifully with a garden waterfall, temple and red bridge scenery representing summer and autumn. They have a lovely crackle ivory background with gilding lobed edges and accents. Undersides are signed in red and gold. Measurements: Bowl: 5” diameter x 2” high, Plate: 6 1/8” diameter.

Condition Report: Very good condition with NO chips or cracks. May show minor wear and/or discoloration but nothing significant, we only mention for accuracy.
